Chocolate Almond Macaroons

These are the newest kid on the blog. I’ve tried a few versions of the original macaroons and to be honest these are top notch and pretty close to the best in the world – IMO! Chocolate on everything should be my motto! Chocolate Almond Macaroon Recipe for passover

Almond Macaroons

These are my all time favorites. Made to be firm on the outside and super soft on the inside you will not be able to resist them. Almond Macaroon recipe for Passover

Cinnamon Balls

Coming in in second place, another firm favourite. Evey year I bake these and forget just how delish they are. I make them small so I can have lots. How To Make Cinnamon Balls Recipe For Passover

Passover Banana Pancakes

We love pancakes in our house. In fact I have them every day for second breakfast – healthy ones of course made with bananas and topped with yogurt, seeds, blueberries and raspberries and seeds – of course. There may be a touch of honey to sweeten too but you don’t need that with these pancakes. They are sweet enough. Enjoy! Passover Banana Pancakes

Matzah Kugel Pudding

I first made this recipe a hundred years ago and I haven’t made it since – probably too full of cinnamon balls and macaroons! But this jog of the memory means I will be going back to it this year. Why don’t you give it a go. Matzah Kugel Pudding Recipe for Pesach

Coconut Macaroon Recipe for Pesach

Although the recipe for these coconut macaroons is almost exactly the same as the almond ones, they taste COMPLETELY different! They are amazing and have the very best texture. There’s something about shredded coconut that just works. Give them a try if you haven’t before. You won’t look back! Coconut Macaroons for pesach

Hazelnut Macaroons Recipe for passover

Can you see a theme here? I did say they were my faves, didn’t I? I tried out these hazelnut macaroons when I had some nuts left over from another recipe. Baking with Hazelnuts makes your whole home smell divine! These have a chewier consistency that I love. Heavier than the coconut and almond ones and a bit more substantial. Energy Balls Treats

I made these energy balls for my nephew earlier this year and although not all the recipes are kosher for passover, most are. I would swap out any oats with ground almonds and see how you go. Almonds are a key ingredient at passover so I’m sure they’ll taste great! Energy Ball recipe

Sugar-Free Chocolate Brownie Recipe for Passover

Another birthday bake – this time for my sugar-free sister. She loved these brownies. I think when you don’t eat sugar you are used to a less sweet treat. I prefer a ton of sugar in my cakes so smothered this with ice cream. It’s all good though. Sugar Free Chocolate Brownie Recipe

One Egg Mini Meringues

Don’t you just hate it when a recipe calls for one egg yolk and you’re left with a sad and lonely looking egg white. That’s why I tried out making mini merignues with just one white. To be honest I wasn’t expecting it to make that many but it really does. Egg whites whipped up double or triple in size. I was equally surprised and impressed with how many it made. My SIL loves merigues so I make them whenever I want to send her a treat. One Egg mini meringue recipe for passover

I hope you enjoy these recipes. I’m looking forward to adding more as the years go by. Please do share your faves with me. I’d love to know your family traditions.
